Wer meint, Trump würde ein vielleicht etwas härterer, aber dennoch von Institutionen und Verfassung gezügelter Präsident werden, könnte sich täuschen. Die Ernennung des Rechtsextremisten Steve Bannon zu seinem Chefstrategen des Weißen Hauses ist da nur ein Omen. Auf Bannons Webblog Breitbart News wird unter dem Titel „What Trump means“ von dem Autor Milo Yiannopoulos schon ein kommender Rachefeldzug gegen alle Trumpgegner, von Linken, Demokraten, Republikanern, Medien, Celebreties skizziert. Nichts weniger als eine neue Kulturrevolution wird versprochen, wobei Trump alle Posten an Universitäten, beim Militär, in der Verwaltung, in den Parlamenten bis zum Supreme Court mit seinen eigenen Leuten besetzen und den „alten Sumpf“austrocknen will, aber über diese staatlichen und institutionellen Stellen hinaus eine Kulturrevolution in der Zivilgesellschaft, wie auch in den Medien,  dem Kulturbetrieb und den Universitäten ankündigt. Die Medien sollen vom Weißen Haus ausgeschlossen werden und Trump mittels Demonstrationen, Veranstaltungen und sozialen Medien direkt mit der Bevölkerung in Kontakt treten und die Mainstreammedien als Informationsquelle ausschalten und ersetzen. Trump sprach ja auch davon ein eigenes Medienimperium zu gründen und eine Bewegung („movement“) zu initieren.

Als nächster Schritt soll die Republikanische Partei gesäubert und von oppositionellen Republikanern befreit werden, die durch Trumpbefürworter bei den nächsten primaries ersetzt werden sollen. Einmal die Medien und die oppositionellen Republikaner ausgeschaltet, kann sich Trump dann den Demokraten und anderen Oppositionellen zuwenden und eine autoritäre Dikatur errichten.

Bisher war es bei Faschisten immer so, dass sie zuerst eine Massenbewegung aufstellten, eine SA, eine SS, Braunhemden, Schwarzhemden, Blauhemden, Grünhemden oder was auch immer, Massenaufmärsche und Veranstaltungen abhielten, ihre Gegner terrorisierten und sich dann ins Parlament wählen liessen und dann die Macht und die staatlichen Stellen übernahmen und einen Terrorapperat aus der Zusammenarbeit ihrer Bewegung mit den staatlichen Stellen aufbauten. Trump hat den Entrismus in die Republikanische Partei erfolgreich hinter sich gebracht, die staatliche Macht nun übernommen, wird aber aus dieser Position heraus jetzt alle Mittel nutzen, um seine faschistische Bewegung posthum aufzubauen und dann die letzte Opposition zum Schweigen zu bringen und einen Führerstaat zu errichten. Protesters

In many cities such as Portland, Oregon, violent anti-Trump protests have sprung up. What Trump means to the protesters is on one hand the possibility of going straight with a real job, as he revitalizes the private sector of the country and makes it more financially perilous to take social justice degrees in college. Or, on the other hand, going to jail as his administration gives law enforcement its teeth back.

Imagine violent protests during a Trump administration with Sheriff David Clarke or Sheriff Joe Arpaio running the Justice Department. I need a tissue all of a sudden…

Hoaxers

I’ve seen video after video of Trump supporters being assaulted merely for attending one of Daddy’s rallies. And we are now in a post-election period in which liberals are faking hate crimes in an effort to paint Trump supporters negatively. (…)

Hoaxers are only harming their own cause. While many are likely to avoid immediate punishment for making up stories in place of actual hate crimes by Trump supporters — which don’t exist — what the Trump presidency means for these imaginative fools is a wonderfully incriminating social media trail for potential employers.

Media cycles end, but the Internet never forgets.

Establishment Republicans

The GOP establishment fought against Trump almost until the end of the race… before trying to take his side in a maneuver so slippery and Machiavellian I am tempted to coin the word Cruzian.(…)

Establishment Republicans have a clear future: tough primary elections against Trump-like opponents intent on draining the swamp. Paul Nehlen was the prototype for this movement. His battle with Paul Ryan was just a little ahead of its time.

In the future, incumbent establishment Republicans expecting to be unchallenged in primaries will find a battle for their political lives, especially if Donald Trump maintains enthusiasm with the base. Which of course he will.

The Democrat Party

The big losers of the general election are busy making their defeat even larger. It’s like they confuse losing elections for the national debt. All of their pathos is aimed at Trump instead of fixing the reasons they lost the election (…)

The Left, of course, has learned nothing. This week Steve Bannon is getting it in the neck with all manner of absurd allegations. They don’t seem to understand that the more they call us names, the more fabulous and powerful we become.

The era you could call someone a racist and get away with it is over. This is how they lost the election… but they still think that branding their opponents racist is the way to damage them. It’s pathetic!

Of course, the real problem with Democrat identity politics is how obviously untrue all their claims are. The 52 per cent of white women who voted for Donald Trump are not sexists. The 33 per cent of Hispanic males who voted for Trump are not racists.

And, whisper it, even the straight white males who voted for Trump aren’t racists or sexists either — just terrified of the Democrats and their plans for the country. Sounds like they’re in the majority.

Hillary Clinton was rejected soundly by America, but instead of changing course, the Democrats and their media allies are intent on telling Americans just how terrible they are for embracing Donald Trump.

Celebrities

Left-wing celebrities should take some notes from this election cycle and be a little less hysterical. And maybe, I dunno, fuck off out of public life unless they’re promoting another comic book adaptation.(…)

One celebrity must be called out for extra-special attention: Joss Whedon, who is actually calling for an overthrow of the government:

Joss is an amazing guy. No matter how often he gets knocked around by leftists, he comes back begging for more. I documented this in the past, but Joss remains the gift that keeps on giving.

So what is the future for anti-Trump celebrities? They will stay famous, and keep making millions. But as they become increasingly frantic in their opposition to Trump, they will wear out their welcome.

The media

The media threw everything they had at Donald Trump, and none of it worked. None of it! Every slimy tactic they’ve developed since the TV camera was invented and the first newspaper rolled off the printing presses was deployed, and it comprehensively failed.(…)

The media is already shocked to learn that the Trump administration will not coddle them, and access to the Trump White House will not be automatic for journalists who are practically on the DNC payroll.

Donald Trump can take his message directly to the people via rallies and addresses carried over social media. I’d call them updated versions of Roosevelt’s fireside chats, but a portion of my younger readership doesn’t even know what a radio is thanks to a Democrat-run education system.

Trump understands the media business better than the media themselves, except for us here at Breitbart, which is why he ran circles around them throughout the entire campaign. The dirty little secret the media doesn’t want to admit is that Trump generates such good content that they can’t help covering him even when they hate him.(…)

The Deplorables

Trump means an American government that will serve the people, and be rooted in common sense. We’ve already learned that Daddy will restore the bust of Churchill to its rightful place in the Oval Office, fixing an early injustice by President Obama.

Trump will take a $1 salary as President, and in his first week as President-elect has Canada and Mexico agreeing to revisit NAFTA and Russia agreeing to not stage a nuclear war. Not bad for a first week on the job.

If Donald Trump stays true to his campaign promises, and all evidence points to him doing so, his basket of deplorables has the opportunity to leave a lasting mark on America not only in its governmental institutions like the supreme court, but also culturally.

Conservative students and free-speech activists will no longer suffer recriminations on American campuses if emboldened Trump supporters continue to push beyond the presidency and into culture.

What Trump means for us is that we’ve won the first battle. At a minimum, he’s a necessary course correction from the excesses of the social justice left. At most, he’s the saviour of the First and Second Amendments, protector of the Supreme Court and champion of the little guy. In other words: just what America needed.

And the Left can pull out its hair, stomp its feet and throw out bogus allegations of racism, sexism and whatever else as long as it likes. The forces of good have prevailed.

„Wenn es um die künftige Politik der Vereinigten Staaten geht, hält sich der künftige Chefstratege im Weißen Haus, Stephen Bannon, gern an die Strategie der Bösen im Kult-Epos „Krieg der Sterne“: „Finsternis ist gut“, sagte der Wahlkampfmanager von Donald Trump am Freitag der Zeitschrift „Hollywood Reporter“. „Dick Cheney. Darth Vader. Satan. Das ist Macht. Es hilft uns nur, wenn sie“ – damit bezieht sich Bannon nach Ansicht des Interviewers auf Liberale und die Medien – „falsch liegen. Wenn sie blind dafür sind, wer wir sind und was wir tun.“

Der wegen seiner Nähe zum Ku-Klux-Klan, weißen Nationalisten und Antisemiten umstrittene frühere Leiter der erzkonservativen Website „Breitbart News“ bestritt in dem Interview, rassistisch zu sein. Sein Ziel sei es vielmehr, die Arbeiterklasse der Vereinigten Staaten in einer sich rasch wandelnden Welt wieder stärker in den Mittelpunkt zu rücken, sagte der 62-Jährige: „Ich bin kein weißer Nationalist, ich bin ein Nationalist. Ich bin ein Wirtschaftsnationalist.“

„Dann regieren wir 50 Jahre lang“

Bannon warf den Anhängern der Globalisierung vor, die amerikanische Arbeiterklasse zugunsten einer neuen Mittelklasse in Asien zerstört zu haben. „Jetzt geht es um Amerikaner, die nicht beschissen werden wollen. Wenn wir erfolgreich sind, bekommen wir 60 Prozent der weißen Wähler und 40 Prozent der Schwarzen und Latinos, und dann regieren wir 50 Jahre lang.“ Den Demokraten warf Bannon vor, den Kontakt zur Realität verloren zu haben. „Sie sprachen zu den Unternehmern mit einer Marktkapitalisierung von 9 Milliarden Dollar, die neun Angestellte haben. Das ist nicht die Realität.“

Ziel seiner Anti-Establishment-Bewegung sei es deshalb in erster Linie, Jobs zu schaffen. „Das alles hat mit Arbeitsplätzen zu tun. Ich bin der Typ, der auf einen billionenschweren Infrastrukturplan dringt“, sagte Bannon in dem Interview in Manhattans Trump Tower. Er wolle Schiffswerften und Stahlwerke wiederaufbauen. „Das wird so aufregend wie in den 1930er Jahren, größer als Ronald Reagans Revolution – Konservative und Populisten (vereint) in einer nationalistischen Wirtschaftsbewegung.““

Als Francis Fukuyama in den 90er Jahren das „Ende der Geschichte“schrieb, in dem er nach dem Wegfall des Kommunismus einen Siegeszug der liberalen Demokratie weltweit prophezeite, ging er wie die meisten Liberalen davon aus, dass das Herzland der Demokratie niemals selbst eine autoritäre Diktatur werden könne und gegenüber faschistischen Verlockungen resistent und immun sei. Ebenso stellten die Liberalen ihre Kalkulationen nicht auf Basis einer marxistischen Analyse an, die die systemimmanenten Wirtschafts- und Finanzkrisen des Kapitalismus, sowie seine Tendenzen zu Eigentums- und Kapitalkonzentration, sozialer Ungleichheit und Prekarisierung berücksichtigte, wie man dies nach Lektüre des Kapitals von Marx wissen könnte.

Ebenso gingen die Liberalen davon aus, dass es nur noch eine Mittelklasse gebe, die a priori liberal und kosmopolitisch sei und ignorierte Lipsets Erkenntnisse, dass der Faschismus eine „Radikalisierung der Mittelschichten“darstelle, die eben illiberal und nationalistisch werden könne Arbeiterklasse galt zudem ohnehin als Schimpfwort wie Nigger und wurde aus dem soziologischen Vokabular als marxistischer Kampfbegriff getilgt. Nun ist es eben gerade diese Arbeiterklasse, die Bernie Sanders und Trump wählten–„weiße Männer ohne Collegeabschluss“ wird nun paraphrasiert, ansonsten spricht Clinton immer nur von der middle class. Dabei rekrutieren sich die „angry white men“und die „forgotten men“ eben aus jener radikalisierten Mittelklasse und aus Teilen der Arbeiterklasse, wobei es auch 1/3 der Latinos und Asiaten sind, die Trump wählen, sowie auch viele Frauen.

Umso überraschter und hilfloser reagieren nun die Liberalen auf das Aufkommen autoritärer und faschistischer Bewegungen, zumal es bisher als ungeschriebenes Gesetz und Prämisse galt, dass sich dies in den USA niemals ereignen könnte. Mit Trump könnten wir eher ein Ende der Geschichte unter autoritärem Vorzeichen erleben, einen weltweiten Siegeszug der autoritären und chauvinistischen  Diktaturen, die sich aber dann aufgrund ihres Nationalismus untereinander bekriegen werden, denn eine Internationale der Nationalisten gab es bisher noch nicht und somit auch kein Ende der Geschichte, es sei denn die Konkurrenz zwischen den chauvinistischen Nationaldiktaturen führt zu einem Weltkrieg, der die Menschheitsgeschichte dann zivilisatorisch zum Ende bringt.
