I think the problem is more complex than Black Live matters describes the racial problem. Of course, structural racism due to history that blacks in the era of colonialism were forcibly sold and brought to the USA as slaves and not as free willing migrants, the predominantly WASP society , social equality, the lack of a welfare state and poverty,  imperfect education systems  are factors which support racial discrimination and related social inequality. But in the case of police brutality it is not as easy and biased as BLM portrays it. As everyone knows, everyone in the US is allowed to bear guns. That is why there is a certain general paranoid-nervous attitude- independent from the race, but catalyized for certain groups due to racissm. At every police check, police officers have to expect that they could be shot, which is why there is a certain basic nervousness Conversely, as a controlled person, one is also nervous because one knows that the police officer could have a nervous finger on the trigger or to meet a Rambo cop which is just looking for a pretext to misuse his state power. While it is true that there are a lot of racist Rambos in the police, there are on the other hand also gangs, drive by shootings, gangster rappers like Body Count (songs: Cop killer, Fuck the Police, Bodycount), Niggers with Attitude (Straight outta Compton) or Jay Z who romanticize and justify ghetto life and gang crime, glorify violence and more black people kill black people than white people and cops kill black people in the USA. Often black people are victims of black criminals. The Republicans and parts of the Democrats always prevented ever stricter guncontroll  laws and always the same ritual occurs after every rampage or massacre:  Official grief and mourning, but then again the appeal to life  the second amendment to the constitution and right of the bearing arms as a human right of every good American. And even better: The NRA and many Rebublicans demand after each slaughter that there should be even more guns available that every person could protect itself. In addition, the AfD is now pleading that everyone in Germany should have weapons, an arms dealer ring with a connection to Hoecke has just been exposed and the AfD is calling for a revolt of the generals as now do 800  former French generals in an appeal which was supported by the Front National. For them racism doesn´t exist and the minorities and immigrants are only seen as a source of violence, criminality and instability you have to exterminate and shoot at as they also want to get rid of the tolerant liberal democrats. They want to use this as a pretext for a state of emergency in order to establish a police state and an authotarian or fascist dictatorship where nobody can complain against state brutality anymore. The same in Spain where even active officers use the seperatism in Catalonia to call for a state of emergency, ally with the Franco supporters and the fascist Vox party and are supported by many conservatives.
